The BergHOFF brand's new cookware range is a perfect fit for all cooktops, cooker hoods, and downdraft exhaust systems. These pots and pans ensure a controlled steam release and direct the steam from inside the pot directly to the exhaust fan, which not only eliminates any lingering odors but also minimizes heat loss for energy-efficient cooking.
The BergHOFF downdraft post and pans come with a matching glass lid that has integrated air ducts in its silicone rim to stimulate the air flow. The lid can either be used to close off the pot in order to speed up the heating process, create a low-pressure cooker, and preserve the heat and flavors in the pot during cooking, or, when rotated 180 degrees, to let the air escape and guide the steam from inside the pot directly towards the downdraft vent.
The package includes an 18/10 Stainless Steel Frying pan 11", a Non-stick Frying pan 10", and a Universal Glass lid, all of which are suitable for downdraft exhaust systems and all stovetops, including induction cooktops. The cookware is made from 18/10 Stainless Steel with a Satin finish, featuring a Stay-cool handle, a hanging ring for easy storage, and a Universal glass lid.
The Stainless Steel construction ensures quick and even heating, while the non-stick coating, which is BergHOFF's Ferno-Green Non-Toxic Nonstick, is free from PFOA, PFOS, GEN-X, BPA, APEO or NMP, making it a healthier choice for no-oil or low-oil cooking. The Stay-cool handle provides a safe and comfortable grip, and the hanging ring allows for easy storage and minimal kitchen space.
