The Ferno-Green non-toxic nonstick coating is free of PFOA, PFOS, GEN-X, BPA, APEO, and NMP, making it a healthier choice for cooking with less or no oil. The 3-layer base provides fast and even heat distribution, while the ergonomically designed handle offers a firm and safe grip.
The glass lid allows you to monitor the cooking process without needing to lift it, and the pan is built to withstand heavy use with a fast and simple cleanup. It is suitable for all stovetops, including induction, and can be used in the oven as bakeware, with a maximum temperature resistance of 500°F (400°F with the lid).
For normal cleaning, the pan can be hand-washed in warm soapy water using a non-abrasive sponge or cloth. If there is slight sticking, the pan can be soaked in hot soapy water for 15-30 minutes and then wiped clean with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
