Graters (excluding Master Series) are dishwasher safe, but to ensure that the blades stay sharp as long as possible, it is recommended to wash them by hand. Each product comes equipped with a protective cover for increased longevity and ease of storage. The hand-held paddle graters feature non-slip rubber feet, offering superior stability.
Thanks to the sharpness of the blades, a minimal effort is all it takes for food to glide gently and easily off the blade without needing to apply any pressure. These graters are best suited for hard cheeses (Parmesan, Asiago, Manchego), citrus, chili, ginger, and garlic, producing powder-like results that blend without texture.
The blades are made of US stainless steel at the company's facility in Russellville, Arkansas, supporting American jobs and manufacturing.
